At Frolesworth Lodge Farm we have been supplying our free range ‘Kelly Bronze’ 
Christmas Turkeys for over five years.
Our Farm is perfectly suited to rearing these special birds.

The birds have room to roam and are cared for daily.
Our turkeys come to us as young chicks in the early summer, spending time indoors and outdoors on pasture and woodland, free to wander and develop into quality birds.

Only a turkey that has been bred, fed, cared for and prepared the Kelly way can be called a KellyBronze.
It is more than a breed, it is a philosophy – and it’s all about providing you with a turkey with good old fashioned flavour and texture to make your Christmas lunch the ultimate eating experience.
The secret is in the way we breed and raise our flocks, using the best of traditional farming methods and allowing the birds to roam freely in pastures and woodland.
All KellyBronze turkeys come from our own slow growing strains which take around six months to grow to maturity. They live on locally grown cereal and vegetable protein, totally free from drugs, growth promoters or additives.
Our processing methods are traditional, too.The birds are dry plucked then hung for at least 14 days to develop that characteristic KellyBronze flavour. Then they are hand wrapped and boxed ready for delivery. Full cooking instructions, recipes and even a meat thermometer are included to make your Christmas dinner as easy and delicious as possible – just as it should be.
